What this site is for

This website shares information about Adamchyk, a short memorial film honouring Adam, Sophiia and Tetiana. It is used for film information, screening enquiries, press and stills requests, support ideas and family memories or corrections.

Information you choose to share

If you contact us through the form or by email, we may receive your name, email address, subject line and message. We use that information only to respond to your enquiry and to manage related screening, press, stills, correction or fundraising conversations.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your enquiry. If you are sharing a family memory, correction or contextual detail, we will treat it carefully and will not publish it without further discussion where appropriate.

Contact form and email handling

The contact form sends messages to Blackwater Film using an email delivery provider where that service is configured. Messages may also be stored in the receiving inbox and in normal email systems used to reply.

We do not sell contact details and we do not use Adamchyk contact enquiries for marketing lists.

Stills, screeners and screening requests

Where someone asks for stills, a screener or screening materials, we may keep the correspondence needed to understand the request, provide caption or context notes, and preserve the memorial intent of the film.

Cookies and local storage

The Adamchyk site does not intentionally set analytics or marketing cookies. A cookie banner is not shown because the site is not currently using non-essential cookies.

The site may use browser local storage to keep the dark visual theme consistent. This is stored on your device and is not used to identify you.

If public video embeds or analytics are added later, this policy and the site’s consent approach should be reviewed before release.
